Come and Meet Local BBC Journalist, Author and Co-Editor Yvonne Brissett.
Yvonne will talk us through her career to date, what it's like to be an author, as well as a journalist, and how difficult it is to get funding to allow her first book to be written.
We will meet from 7pm, with a view to starting the event at 7.30pm.
There will be ample time for questions and discussions following Yvonne's talk.
This should be a fascinating insight into Yvonne’s battle to get funding, and the work that goes into writing your first book.
