Photography club under 21s Birmingham Photographic Society for under 21s was set up in October 2012. The Society meets on a Saturday between 12:00pm and 3:30pm at the Custard Factory in Birmingham, as well as for events, trips and projects at other times during the year. www.bpsu21.co.uk
The basic mission statement of BPSu21 is to inspire young people to explore their creativity and provide for them the equipment, space, guidance and the community to develop their skills and experience as photographers. We welcome anyone who has a real passion for photography and wants to further extend their expertise behind the lens. Some members are hobbyists, while others aim to eventually work in the industry. Either way, we do our best to cater for all abilities, and we hope our Society is a place where everyone is challenged creatively, and where everyone works right at the cusp of their potential.
